- We cater to three user types: normal buyers, swim clubs, and coaches, each with unique pricing and payment structures.
- Different Pricing and Payment Structures
- Each user type is offered distinct product pricing and tailored payment terms to suit their purchasing requirements.
- Pricing for Normal Buyers
- Normal buyers pay MRP, with applicable company discounts, if any, reflected in the final purchase price.
- Pricing for Swim Clubs
- Swim clubs enjoy a 30% discount on MRP as their exclusive pricing for all product purchases.
- Pricing for Coaches
- Coaches receive a 20% discount on MRP as their final discounted price, with no further reductions available.
- No Further Discounts for Clubs and Coaches
- Discounted prices for clubs and coaches are final; no additional discounts will be granted by the company.
- Payment Terms for Normal Buyers
- Orders are dispatched only after full payment. In-store purchases also require full payment before product handover.
- Payment Terms for Swim Clubs
- 50% of payment is due at order placement; the remaining 50% before dispatch. Delivery charges depend on order value.
- Payment Terms for Coaches
- 70% advance required at order; remaining 30% due at handover or within 5 days for credit payments.
- Adherence to Rules
- Failure to follow the rules by any user leads to order cancellation. Issues must be escalated to top management.
- Non-Cooperation or Issues
- Non-cooperation or conflicts must be reported promptly to the top-level management for immediate resolution.
- Refund and Exchange Policy
- No refunds. Exchanges allowed only for verified manufacturing defects; non-defective items are not eligible for exchange.
- Mistakes in Size Selection
- Incorrect size selection by the customer will not be accepted for exchange or refund under any circumstances.
- Emergency Matters
- Any emergencies must be communicated to top-level management without delay to ensure quick and effective handling.
